Orders are placed through our third-party ordering platform, operated by Square, and are subject to that platform’s terms and privacy policy as well as these terms.

• Prices, availability, and pickup times are set at the time of ordering and may change.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example due to item unavailability, pricing errors, or capacity limits, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.
• Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Refund and cancellation requests are handled case by case; contact us as soon as possible.

4. Food, Halal, and Allergen Information

Our meat is sourced as described on our Halal page. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, sesame, nuts, and fish, and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens or cross-contact. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please speak with our staff before ordering.

5. Catering

Catering requests are subject to confirmation, availability, and any separate quote or agreement we provide to you.

All content on this site, including the The Meathead Store and Meathead Bistro names, logos, “MEAT The Future™” tagline, text, photographs, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
